Absolutely! When cleaning the fabric, it is important NOT to use solvent-based cleaners, dry cleaning products, or bleach. These products will eventually damage the fabric’s integrity. If bleach must be used, a solution of three parts water to one part bleach is recommended – please ensure the bleach solution is completely rinsed.
General Cleaning: Wash the fabric with plain water; a mild soap solution or customary upholstery foam shampoo. For stubborn stains use a soft brush.
Blood, Body Waste, Food, Beverages, Perspiration, Medication, or Cosmetic Stains: Use an enzyme-type detergent such as Tide® or Cheer® mixed with a water-based cleaning product, or mild germicidal detergent.
Ink, Markers, Crayons: Clean with a strong water-based cleaner.
Chewing Gum, Grease, or Tar: Harden with ice, carefully remove hardened substance with a dull scraper – use the same cleaning method as for ink removal.
