Chill-Out Chairs provide the best support and solutions when they’re properly sized to the person using them. If you’re unsure of which chair is right for you, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team, toll-free, at 1-800-661-9915.
Customer has 30 days from the time the chair has been received to return for a full refund of the purchase price, less the original delivery, return shipping and handling costs to Freedom Concepts Inc. Returned products must arrive in “original condition”, in the original Chill-Out Chair packaging, including the original product materials such as the owner’s manual. Chill-Out Chairs not in the original box cannot be returned. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code (RA), or they will be refused by the Freedom Concepts Inc. receiving department. Customer must call 1-800-661-9915 to obtain a Return Authorization Code. Inspection and subsequent credits on returns may take up to 10 business days to process. Accessories ordered without a Chill-Out Chair are not returnable and do not carry a 30 day return policy – all sales are final. Customers that cancel or refuse delivery of shipped merchandise will be charged for all shipping costs and assessed a 10% restocking fee. Minor assembly of the products is required. Read the instruction manual before use. Orders that are canceled prior to shipping will be assessed a six percent restocking fee.
